Food was good but customer service was horrible, girl was very rude.
Waited in line for 22 minutes exactly after being told it would be a 5 minute wait. When I opened my food, there were 3 pieces of meat and the bowl was about 1/2 full including my side. The staff did not offer anything for my wait and was not even friendly in the meantime. Completed the customer survey, but I'm not willing to pay for a plate to receive an entree after that experience.
I am still pretty hungry after I paid for a bigger plate, and probably will need to go to McDonald for another lunch!
7 August 2017, approximately 5 PM, thereabouts, while driving through Stillwater, Oklahoma, I stopped at a Panda Express restaurant for lunch. As I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the flies throughout the facility. Upon completing my meal, which was adequate at best, and taking the very last sip of my drink, there it was - a dead fly, soaked, at the bottom of my cup. Of course I showed it to the manager on duty.
In short, I went to Panda every week and this time and food is weigh much less than before.
Service has consistently been getting worse over time. I don't see how they will be in business much longer following this road of terrible and inconsistent service. I waited nearly 30 minutes after my receipt was printed for a family feast meal. Instead of stepping up and explaining they had knocked my order on the floor (which I had seen happen) and had to remake everything (since they never have enough food for their busy times) they blamed the cooks for not making it and offered me three drinks for my trouble. When I made it home to of the entree boxes were only half full... But, at least this time it was the right food.

This time it's a new guy served me. He obviously put too little amount of chow mein and all other items to my plate.
