It's a good home town low key clean place to mail and do business.
It is just for when you have your stuff ready to mail. Really useful. It is full of PO BOXES
Never had an issue with the phone not being answered. Very helpful and friendly. I don't understand how someone can give them a one star rating for being expensive when this specific post office has nothing to do with setting prices; none of them do. Part of shipping a package is actually packaging it yourself. If you can't tape your own box, I'd have to say your lazy.
When you need something delivered dont trust the local postmen to do their jobs. You should instead use what little money you have left to drive all the way into town and waste your gas to get these idiots to possibly do their job. That little flag on your mailbox doesn't mean anything to these idiots.
I have called to make them aware that I live in the rural area of Stillwater and that I am either not receiving mail for DAYS at a time or that our delivery person will fill my mailbox with my neighbors mail!!! Their Rural postal delivery people are TERRIBLE!! My name and address are CLEARLY marked on my mailbox, but the delivery person OBVIOUSLY does. NOT care about my mail!!! When I do call about it, I think the delivery person gets mad because then when the mail does not come it is SEVERAL DAYS LATER or it is Mail coming from a local town that's post marked with a 2 week old post mark!!!! I count on my mail for a paycheck to pay my bills!!! The delivery time is also VERY INCONSISTENT; some days I get mail delivered by 1:00 pm and sometimes it's at 5:30pm!!! They really do NOT care when we call either; I truly believe they just don't care about their customers at ALL!!!
