I usually use red box or download movies and occasionally dish demand. I would be writing this telling you stop using all those other sources but I'm not. I got a membership for the sole purpose of watching a 6 season long series. As I've watched 5 out of the 6 I have watched only one season without missing 30% or more of the show because of it skipping. One and only one employee took the time to clean the disks and check them (I'm going to offer her a job) to see if they were scratched. It seems in a time of digital and the fact that family video isn't going to be in business long they would at least try and commodate the last customers.

Friendly/helpful staff, need to actually put movies in alphabetical order when new ones come in. Leave restroom unlocked....why make us get keys?
