Service is good. But I don't find their pizza outstanding. Only reason I go there is I get free pizza using TMobile or pocket points

I got food delivered and was not aware that they are now charging for crushed red pepper and cheese packets. The delivery person had none on him for me to purchase nor was I informed when ordering the food that they would not be supplied like normal.
Pizza was burnt. All you smelt and tasted was burnt bread.
I ordered my pizza and had it delivered. The guy was friendly. They forgot to ring in my dipping sauce and when the driver got here he gave me an extra one. Great customer service.
