They didn't inform me that they had put some of our nice jackets in with my bed bug ridden comforter. They told me they couldn't clean the comforter after I had called prior and asked if they could clean my comforter that had a possibility of bed bugs. After they said yes, they told me to throw it out and get a new one. They had put the bag with the comforter in another to secure it more. Little did I know that my jackets were in there, too. When I shifted through the rest of my clothes I then realized that we didn't have all of our clothes. I have the tickets of my clothes. I have a voicemail saying it was just the comforter that they did not do but the rest of the clothes were ready. They did not compensate for anything or own up to their own mistakes for not informing us they had put our nice $100 + jackets in with my comforter that possibly had bed bugs. Overall, bad experience after the end of it all. It is a poor business practice to not inform or compensate for their mistakes.

They always provide consistently good and fast service. They usually can have dry cleaning done within the next day. Also the customer service is pretty good.
I have used Northside since March after moving to Stillwater. The quality and customer service has been great. Unfortunately I lost 3 shirts and they looked for days for my shirts. They were not found. (I'm sure somebody got home with 3 extra beautiful dress shirts). After discussing the situation with the owner, my integrity was never questioned and the owner made things right for me. Coming from a large city I know I would have gotten the brush off or made to be a thief trying to scam. I never was, and I am so amazed that the owner was fair and sincere. Make sure you count your clothes dropped off. It protects both parties. I thought the way it was handled was honorable and should be shared. I will continue to use Northside and recommend them.
