This review is long overdue. I had previously trained here before Next Level took over the building and let me tell you this place has it all! Whether you are looking for some cross training, cardio, body competition's, or building skills for obstacle courses, this is the spot. The vibe is laid back and not obnoxious as some "Big Box" gyms, the staff is very knowledgeable and unpretentious. They will give you all of the tools you need to achieve your next level of fitness. Oh and poke your head next store if you want to indulge, there is a great group of beauty stylists.
