Not sure if I spoke to the store owner, I certainly hope not due to her horrendous attitude, or an employee. However their attitude was unwarranted and frankly kind of surprising.
She immediately made this annoyed groan/ugh sound as she walked away with what seemed like a fellow employee and said "it'll be a minute". She immediately walked back and informed me that "if you're ordering elsewhere it'll be a three dollar charge and you need to take your sweat shirt off so I can get ANY form of accurate measurement". Frankly taken back by her ridiculous attitude and the way she seemed like I asked for her to take my measurements for free, I mentioned then that I only had my sweatshirt on. (I had a shirt in the car to put on, but before I could mention this, her rolled eyes caused me to walk away)
Lovely place! I went in to get my wedding dress and left with the whole bundle for less than 300 dollars. My visit here was more than great, owner was very friendly and helped me from the beginning to end. Overall I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great prices and amazing hospitality. Thank you Stacia, you have helped make my wedding day special!
I went to formal fantasy to find my wedding dress. I was very happy with the dress, and I also had her do my bridesmaids dresses too. See did amazing work in a short time. I would recommend her to all my friends. Thank you, formal fantasy!!!
I would like to inform you that I am also engaged to be married in the next year or so, and thanks to your attitude I have narrowed down my search for a place to do my 14 person wedding party's rentals. You might want to teach your employees how to attract customers for future business.
